We are able to provide detailed drawings and full renderings of any finished product, from millwork and furniture right up to full kitchens and beyond.

Our Millwork process

Please take a look at how we will take your custom woodwork project through design and layout, breakout, assembly and finishing, installation.

Dimensions and design specifications are determined along with hardware to be used, fit and finish of the final product. From there a complete drawing of the finished product, along with comprehensive drawings of required details for shop production are created, along with cut-lists.

Design and layout

Raw materials and sheet goods are allocated as per the technical drawings produced in the design and layout stage. Sheet goods are broken down and machined into individual cabinet parts, and Solid wood is surfaced and joined to produce trim, faces, doors, furniture and many other parts.

BREAKOUT

Full installation services are available for all furniture and millwork, delivering and fully installing all products.

INSTALLATION

Depending on the product, finishing is done either before or after assembly. Cabinets components are assembled, hardware installed and tested, and any final finish (be it stain, varnish or paint) is applied.

We are able to provide high quality finishes to meet any expectation. We typically use a high quality conversion varnish for anything requiring a clearcoat. Wood stains can be custom matched to any color desired. The same goes for anyone looking for a painted finish, as we can, through our suppliers, color match cabinet grade paint to any requirement and apply it here in house.
